Shipping policy

Orders must be placed by 3:30 pm ET, Monday-Friday to ship out the same day. Anytime afterwards, orders will be shipped on the next business day. However, there are instances were it may take up to 3 days to ship out an order. All orders are shipped from Georgia, USA.

"Business days" are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

When your item(s) are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

* Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries will arrive within 2-6 business days via USPS.

** Express delivery is not available for U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.

*** Two Day and Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.

**** International delivery is not available for international P.O. boxes. If your country isn't listed on our drop-down country box, we're currently unable to ship there.
